🛡 Rules for Updating Payout Information
To protect your funds and prevent fraud, any changes to payout details on an existing request can only be made via the email address you specified when creating the request. This allows us to verify that you are the legitimate owner of the request.
📧 How to Submit a Change Request
If you need to update payout information or provide refund details:
Send an email from the same address you used when submitting your request.
In the subject line, include your request number.
In the email body, include:
– your new or updated payout details;
– a statement confirming that you agree with our refund policy.Send the email to: [email protected]
📌 After receiving your email, our team will manually verify and update your payout details, and complete the transfer accordingly.
⚠️ Important Reminder
Please make sure to enter a valid and working email address when placing your request. If not, you won’t be able to confirm or change any information.
💬 What if Your Email Can Only Receive Messages?
If your request was submitted using an email address that cannot send outgoing messages (e.g. no-reply inbox), follow these steps:
Contact us through the live chat on the website.
We will send a verification code to the email address on file.
You’ll need to copy and paste this code into the chat.
Once confirmed, the chat will be treated as a conversation with the rightful owner of the request.
🎥 What if You Entered an Incorrect or Temporary Email?
If you accidentally submitted your request using an invalid or one-time-use email, changes can only be made through video verification proving that you made the transaction.
🎬 Video Requirements:
The video must be recorded on the platform used for the transaction.
It must clearly show the following:
sender’s wallet address,
transaction hash,
token name, amount, and timestamp,
transaction history page from your exchange or wallet.
Be sure to refresh the page before recording.
The video must be:
at least 10 seconds long,
high quality and clear,
uploaded to Google Drive with public viewing access.
📎 Once completed, send the link to the video in our support chat. After review, the operator will manually update your email address associated with the request.
